Responsibilities
- Actively participates in the ongoing development of the Salesforce Marketing cloud application by serving as a builder/administrator.
- Collaborates with business stakeholders to identify enhancements and new capabilities to meet their business needs within the Salesforce Marketing cloud platform.
- Manages consultant developers to execute new projects, prioritizing their work, answering their questions, and acting as the project manager.
- Manages the Service Now queue of production support tickets for the Salesforce Marketing platform.
- Assists end-users with error troubleshooting and support for the Salesforce Marketing cloud platform.
- Make recommendations regarding system standards and end-user procedures.
- Develop and train colleagues on how to use advanced application functionality to allow for self-service.
- Monitor and evaluate new Salesforce release features and functionality and provide recommendations for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM Platforms and Digital Transformation
- Expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and experience working in the Scaled Agile Framework
- Extensive experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Web studio, Email studio, Audience Builder, SQL, SSJS, AMPscript and REST/POST
- Certifications for Marketing cloud Admin, Marketing cloud Email specialist and/or Salesforce Admin
- In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and connectivity to Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
- Ability to connect to overall business strategy and design and execute on department strategy
- Able to build successful relationships with all levels of staff and management.
- Comfortable working independently in an evolving and changing environment
- Proven ability to create innovative solutions to solve customer and client challenges
- Strong research, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
