Responsible for leading all on-site New Hire onboarding classes, including vILT and ILT sessions
Facilitate engaging, interactive training to adult learners, including New Hire onboarding, continuing education, upskilling and cross-skilling sessions, and process change training. Training will be with employees at varying levels within Global Sales including frontline sales agents and managers.
Utilize a variety of training methodologies, facilitation techniques, concepts, learning tools, and materials (Learner Guides, Facilitator Guides, job aids, etc.) to ensure maximum learning transfer.
Partner with Instructional Designers to ensure all training content is current and make recommendations on facilitated activities and timing
Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics to measure success of training programs
Provide feedback and coaching to on-site, virtual, and off-shore Sales teams to improve customer experience
Partner with Field and Strategy teams to ensure training initiatives are aligned with organizational goals
Exemplify a positive and professional attitude on a daily basis with customers and your team members
Engage in a high energy, focused and dynamic work environment where there can be rapid changes in products, promotions, offerings and operations
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s Degree or certification in Adult Learning, Corporate Training, or related area of study, or equivalent professional experience
Professional background and demonstrated experience in public speaking and delivering training in a corporate or call center setting, a passion for training adults, a strong work ethic, and an emphasis on data-driven decision making
Experience monitoring and evaluating engagements and training program effectiveness and success through feedback surveys, test and quiz analysis, and performance observations and coaching sessions
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically while working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to navigate multiple software applications and technologies at once
Dynamic interpersonal and communications skills, both verbal and written
Proven ability to successfully provide constructive, relevant, and immediate feedback in a fast-paced and complex working environment
Passionate about creating and maintaining an environment of ongoing education & development
Proven coaching skills, ability to lead by example and coach on the sales floor
A clear and demonstrated proficiency in adult learning principles, engagement techniques, and effective facilitation in an adult learning environment.
Demonstrated use of technology to drive business results, ability to learn new software programs quickly, experience with Google Suite, including Google Classroom, Zoom, and Learning Management Systems such as Cornerstone
Flexibility in your working hours to occasionally flex earlier or later to accommodate training schedules and pivot on short notice if needed.
Ability to maintain internet speeds of 25Mbps+ (download) and 5+ (upload) to support voice traffic and HTTPS web traffic using a hardwire ethernet internet connection (no WiFi)
