Description:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic Sales Support Team Lead based in the US responsible for supporting our Reseller and Enterprise Sales teams. This role will support a team working through a ticket system in Salesforce to assist with administrative tasks such as PO processing, account set ups, licensing requests, etc, while contributing to the overall success of the team.
The Day to Day:
Closely working with the Enterprise Sales teams for Corporate, Media & Agency verticals
On-board new Sales Support Team members
Provide ongoing coaching to the team to develop skills
Manage all customer service activities, including but not limited to, quality and quantity of customer interactions
Manage daily activities of the Sales Support Team and ensure a smooth workflow and high level of productivity
Analyze performance reporting and make recommendations on how to improve the team's performance
Identify system and workflow improvements to enhance the team's efficiency
Participate in process improvement initiatives as needed
Manage the progress of multiple projects and setting internal priorities for teams
Handle escalated issues in real time and help drive to favorable solutions for both clients and sales stakeholders
Providing feedback around upcoming process changes to ensure a seamless transition
Providing team specific performance reporting and analysis to the management team
What you'll bring to the Role:
Minimum 3 years Administrative Experience
Accurate Data Entry Skills
Microsoft Office Suite: Intermediate Excel Level: Formulas, Tables, Formatting and Pivot Tables
Problem Solving Ninja
Strong Attention to Detail
Enjoys Working in a Team Environment
Fluent in English - any additional Language(s) is/are a plus
