The position of Title Insurance Sales Representative will play a crucial role in the marketing and development of new business. We are offering a long-term career path to management of sales team or potential partnership within our positive, “sky’s-the-limit” environment.

This position offers a commission-based structure and the opportunity to work remotely within New Jersey with no territory restrictions giving the candidate unlimited earning potential. You will work closely with real estate professionals, buyers, sellers, and lenders to facilitate the smooth and legally compliant transfer of property ownership. Must hold a valid NJ Title Producer License.

Essential Job Functions

Primary responsibilities include:

• Ability to network and develop leads.

• Use lead lists to establish contact and schedule appointments.

• Must conduct phone prospecting, face-to-face prospecting, and through social media efforts.

• Maintain open and clear communication with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys to provide updates on title status and address any concerns or questions.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid NJ Title Producer License.

• High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

• Proven experience as a Title Agent or a related role in the real estate industry.

• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Effective communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong ethical and professional conduct in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

• Valid Drivers License and ability to travel to clients’ sites.
