General Responsibilities
The Sales Representative acts as the ambassador of Hook & Tackle and will serve as the point of contact for retailers and business associates within their assigned territory(s). Sales Representatives will represent Hook & Tackle and its brand image and continually support our Mission, Culture and Core Values. The functional purpose of this position is to provide greater coverage of the market throughout the assigned territory. This will include sales and business development in specialty retail, department stores and other accounts as assigned. The Sales Representative may need to work with Sales Management in partnership to further the brand and business goals of the organization.
Specific Responsibilities
Account development and maintenance of new and existing accounts. Service all priority accounts, providing training (clinics), insuring proper merchandising of the product, and servicing all other customer needs as may arise. Assist with trade shows and other events.
