Description:
The Sales Program Manager (SPM) will report to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations and Strategy and will lead the sales training and programming functions within the ShowingTime+ sales teams (including Dotloop, ShowingTime, and Media Sales). We are looking for a highly motivated training professional who is ready to level up from contributor to owner within their field.
Own scheduling, logistics, and reporting for all ShowingTime Plus training programs, including New Hire Onboarding
Responsible for developing and facilitating training content that attendees are engaged and motivated to incorporate content into their day-to-day
Architect live, asynchronous, and digital learning solutions that drive employee performance, support business goals, and extend our reach beyond discrete learning events
Delivery and implementation of sales strategies and enablement initiatives to increase overall rep productivity, efficiency specific to key metrics.
Partner with and lead with L&D to build online components and enhance the digital classroom experience
Supervise the growth and development of our sales teams to ensure training programs support the long term goals of the ShowingTime Plus organization
Conduct needs analysis to identify skills and abilities needed amongst ShowingTime+ individual contributors and managers and develop dynamic solutions to address these needs
Identify future learning needs and assist in developing a roadmap for the future as we continue to build the ShowingTime Plus Talent Development function at Zillow
