Sales Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and verify all required documentation to setup the new account
• Place opening order to ensure shipment and invoicing in a timely manner
• Manage and distribute key communication vehicles in the Dealer channel
• Compile and distribute the weekly Dealer Shout Out, as well as a quarterly Newsletter that is sent to Dealer customers directly

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required with 3+ years of previous sales experience with stellar customer service acuity, or higher-level education degree in a business-related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop close relationships with not just the Dealer Field Sales team but multiple internal departments
• SAP experience preferred
• Limited travel might be requested
