In the last two years, we've acquired several companies, launched a half a dozen new products, and further established our customer-centric brand as the go-to for commercial real estate brokers. With over 100% net retention and thousands of happy customers, we're just getting started.
Thus, we need a Sales Operations Analyst to help us on the journey. We're looking for a whip smart adventurer, with a knack for connecting the dots and an eye for efficiency. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will help us improve the operational infrastructure that supports our revenue teams to drive greater efficiency, as well as developing analytics to help improve performance and shape strategy.
In this role, you'll partner with sales leaders to define the operational infrastructure required to support the revenue engine, and implement the systems, processes, and analytics needed. How You'll Contribute at Buildout
Process Management:
- You will own the end-to-end deal management process, including documenting and training new and existing sales resources on the process.
- You will partner with sales leaders to define stage entry / exit criteria.
- You will help power and manage our deal desk process by partnering with sales & finance leaders to define booking criteria as well as keeping the price list up-to-date, manage quote & contract template changes, and daily review of submitted deals to ensure all required data is provided.
Data & Analytics:
- You will define information that needs to be captured, retained, and transmitted as part of deal management and customer success as well as manage methods to capture and transmit the data.
- You will be a champion for data cleanliness and accuracy through periodic review of the sales data to spot and address errors, as well as leveraging tools to merge and purge duplicate records.
- You will partner with the sales leaders to define and implement reporting needs to enable both sales leaders and members to track performance, surface issues, and identify trends.
- You will own and manage the monthly reporting / business updates to ensure reporting parity between our sales teams and our leadership teams.
System Management:
- You will own the tech stack supporting Sales and Customer Success, including designing and implementing the end-to-end system infrastructure that facilitates and supports marketing outreach and lead routing / management.
- You will be the first responder to investigate & resolve user issues.
- You will define the use case for each of the tools and train users to standardize usage and maximize ROI.
Comp Management & Territory Management:
- You will manage the sales commission reconciliation & payment process to ensure that sales reps are paid accurately and on time.
- You will work with sales leaders to define and manage sales territories, including ensuring that tools are set up to stay up-to-date with territory assignment changes.
What You'll Bring to Buildout
- You have experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations, or a background in operations, finance, or data analytics
- You have experience working with SalesTech systems such as Salesforce, Gong, and ChurnZero.
- You have experience managing data and developing analytics to provide insights and make recommendations to improve sales, profitability and marketing ROI.
- You have a knack for herding cats, helping teams to move from functioning reactively to proactively through program management know-how (or an interest to learn).
- You are nimble and quick, executing with urgency and energy.
