ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Sales Manager, you will:
- Develop and generate sales via direct accounts with CPOs & Retail customers
- Evaluate opportunities and define route to market based on customer profiles
- Analyze customer needs, bring innovative proposals by combining charging hardware, software and services
- Manage and develop our sales and service partner network together with our after sales team
- Follow-up of the sales opportunities on daily basis via f2f meetings, phone and e-mail
- Report on the sales activities and results timely through CRM system (Salesforce)
- Participate in exhibitions and seminars to drive business expansion
- Monitor developments with the EV charging market and make recommendations to meet customer needs
- Negotiate and close agreements including but not limited to frame and purchasing agreements
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in solution sales in the B2B market e.g. EV technology or power electronics
- Willing to travel up to 50%
- Experience in EV charging industry is preferred
- Sales Hunter Mindset
- Prior sales training preferred
- Solid track record of being top a performer and exceeding commercial targets
- Self-starter character who enjoys working in a growing, fast-paced, and disruptive environment
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Superior organizational, time management, and negotiation skills as well as a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in working in an international company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
