Sales Manager

 

Description:

This is a critical position within the business and will work with national leadership managing a team of 6 across the South East USA. The role is based in South East USA with responsibility for driving business across the business unit.

 

To be considered for the role you must meet the following requirements:

  • Eligible to work in the USA without visa sponsorship.
  • Location is hybrid.
  • Educated with a degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in growing business.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Liquid & Powder Industrial Coatings.
  • Willingness to travel and work with diverse teams

 

Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage customer relations & sales networks in key markets across the South East USA.
  • Have full control over performance, targets & sales growth for the South East USA network.
  • Become the subject matter expert for the Industrial Coatings and provide product & sales support to partners on critical sales activities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships at existing customers and engage individuals at all levels of the customer from leadership to operator.
  • Identify potential opportunities for new customers and products. Support new product commercialisation
