Responsibilities
Hiring, developing and managing the performance of the entire specialized Fixed Income sales team; Credit sales, Rates Sales, Structured Products Sales and Municipal Sales
Establishing new and maintaining existing institutional investors relationships
Candidate must be capable of managing many projects/tasks simultaneously.
Responsible for growing market share with the firm’s client base while providing outstanding overall customer service.
Developing strong partnerships with key business leaders throughout the organization
Fostering positive work environment for all.
Performs other duties as assigned; duties, responsibilities and/or activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice
Complies with all KeyBank policies and procedures, including without limitation, acting professionally at all times, conducting business ethically, avoiding conflicts of interest, and acting in the best interests of Key’s clients and Key.
Education Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business, economics, finance, or related discipline (required)
Experience Qualifications
10+ years years of internal and/or external sales experience in fixed income products (required)
Knowledge base in Municipal Securities and taxable fixed income products (required)
Strong client service orientation with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities (required)
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills (required)
High level of personal integrity (required)
Strong understanding of the wealth management industry (required)
Ability to develop relationships (required)
Travel approx. 25 days per year (required)
