Job Duties:
- Continuously expand market share for the company – identifying/adding/consolidating accounts to the roster.
- Identify key industry trends and leverage existing services to help synergize client needs.
- Contribute to top-line by working with the delivery team, on the accounts-Understanding the needs of clients and architect appropriate solutions/proposals mapping to company’s capabilities.
- Articulate newer commercial models by leveraging technology, implement long term engagement plans and scenarios, managing support centres, centres of excellence, learning solutions, Medical support Solutions and Regulatory/Safety, Writing offerings and provide scientific and clinical insight, knowledge, and direction to the offshore team for delivering agreed upon products.
- Formalize and drive business development strategies to explore and create new biz opportunities in assigned accounts.
- Identify and evaluate the market trends, competitive threats, and articulate to overcome them.
- Establish strategic direction and deploy operating plans to achieve the strategic goals.
- Collaborate with on-site resources, and work with the global delivery team.
- Represent the company in international conferences, seminars, and build relations with Global Key Opinion Leaders.
- Provide continuing inputs for a comprehensive training program for the delivery team in order to ensure the team’s ability to deliver based on client requirements.
- Mentor Content writers, Business Delivery heads and Creative Directors and their teams to develop an understanding of the evolving market requirements and client- specific systems and processes.
- This position requires proficiency in consultative selling and requires the expertise and experience to engage with senior/executive leadership and decision makers in the US Pharma companies by articulating Indegene’s transformative medical solutions, services, and products to address strategic and evolving needs in the client organizations.
- The Sales Manager is also responsible for articulating strategy to respond to market dynamics by being up to date with client Product Portfolios, Therapy Areas and Pricing.
- It requires a thorough understanding of the business models being used by competition.
Job Requirement:
Required Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in Arts, Management, Marketing, Business Administration.
Pharmaceutical Management or any related field + 5 years of experience in the Same or Similar job duties but given another designation.
Must be able to travel/relocate throughout the USA.
