Description:

Lane Bryant, a leader in plus-size fashion, is seeking a Sales Lead to drive an engaging and inclusive shopping experience. The Sales Lead will support store operations, execute daily action plans, and motivate associates to achieve their highest potential. They will also have the ability to step into a Manager role when required.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Create an engaging environment for associates and customers
✔ Welcome and assist customers in finding products that suit their needs
✔ Educate customers on products and services to inspire confidence and self-expression
✔ Empower teams through the company selling model to exceed customer expectations
✔ Execute operational action plans and drive business results
✔ Coach and motivate team members to improve performance
✔ Assess daily schedules for productivity and payroll balance
✔ Communicate store priorities and adhere to operational and brand guidelines
✔ Support onboarding of new associates when needed

Qualifications & Requirements:

1-3 years of retail experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
✔ Passion for fashion and styling with a love for customer engagement
Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
✔ Strong communication skills in English
✔ Proficiency in store systems and technology
