YOUR ROLE.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
- Day-to-day management of our Chennai Bi resource delegating projects, checking, and reviewing the projects prior to delivery
DATA MANAGEMENT:
- Keep pipeline clean and consistent, review on a daily basis look for discrepancies follow-up with pursuit teams to fix – offer enablement support on major pursuits including setting up collaboration meetings, creating pre-proposal assets
CRM SUPPORT:
- Back-up for opportunity entry and management when needed to support CRM team
Identify and pull sales prospects by using CRM data base and external sources
- Lead clean up in CRM
- Marketing and Campaign maintenance and creation
RESEARCH REQUEST SUPPORT:
- Manage research request forms, expand requests to understand next steps once research is complete, align appropriate resources to support target/sales pursuit activities
PROPOSAL TEAM SUPPORT:
- Account research for proposal team including recent news, type of company, unique company qualities to align with proposal win themes
- Build quals lists for proposals, list of Clients we can use to support the process, work with portfolio and field to keep those lists updated in CRM
- Build reports in CRM to show how many clients we have in different segments – industry, service and geography which is part of our FAQs for proposals.
- Building compliance matrices and shell documents to assist the proposal team in preparing for each proposal project
- Analyzing proposal team impact on a quarterly basis including how many proposals the team has managed, the outcomes and debriefs
SALES SUPPORT:
- Work with CREs to run monthly Bombora and target touchpoint reports
- Collaborate and assist teams in development and execution of all deliverables requested during sales cycle; this may include RFI/RFP questionnaires, proposals, presentations, collateral, exhibits, case studies and more
- Assist team in sales acquisition and account expansions/retention strategic initiatives, including our Global Account Management Program
- Surveys (surveys we do for Clients as part of our service offering), ESG, and PMT needs
SALES/CRM/PROPOSAL SUPPORT:
- Assists in the creation and deployment of appropriate training, content/sales messaging, processes, practices, forms, and tools to support the sales force.
SALES SUPPORT:
- Assist in organizing and setting up “Selling CohnReznick” webinars and recordings including audience outreach, pre-meetings with SMEs, and post webinar follow-up
- Responsible for tracking and analysis of sales enablement content usage and value.
- Supports the buying and selling processes at all stages, from lead generation through win/loss.
- Supports product/campaign/tactics launches by preparing and enabling the sales force to understand and sell our solutions.
- Work with Marketing to create scripts and assets for inside sales team
TECHSTACK SUPPORT:
- Be the LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Sales Intel SME, alert the team to new features, run adoption reports, set-up trainings and host monthly calls with the LISN and ZoomInfo teams to maintain an active relationship
- Be the Qualtrics SME alert the team to new features, run adoption reports, set-up trainings and host quarterly calls with the Qualtrics team to maintain an active relationship
- Survey requirement intake, creation, deployment, and analysis for Client
CLIENT SUPPORT:
- Support Client Satisfaction program as needed including setting up distributions
YOUR EXPERIENCE.
The successful candidate will have:
- 2 - 4 Years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, journalism is preferred
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce preferred
- Experience working with Power BI, Bombora, SalesIntel or ZoomInfo preferred
- Sales minded individual with an analytical approach
