What you will do

• Build market position by identifying and building strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, understanding their needs and challenges.
• Identify new business opportunities aligning with Ericsson and T-Mobile strategy and develop strategies to create new revenue streams for Ericsson and T-Mobile.
• Create compelling presentations and leverage your sales expertise to present Ericsson's products and solutions effectively, demonstrating how they align with client needs.
• Drive revenue growth through effective prospecting and lead generation and closing.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to proactively address client concerns and position Ericsson as a preferred partner.
• Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
• Collaborate with product development and strategy teams to identify new products, services and engagement models that align with customer needs.

You will bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in the telecom industry.
• Proven success in driving revenue growth through strategic planning, business development, and partnership management.
• Strong customer (preferably T-Mobile US) understanding and relationship.
• Strong understanding of the ICT and telecom technology and industry, including emerging technologies, eco system and competitive landscape.
• Strong understanding of 5G monetization areas and ongoing industry efforts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation and contract skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Self-starter with a results-oriented approach.
