Are you a proven sales leader with extensive experience in EHR and RCM solutions? Do you have a passion for driving revenue growth in the US healthcare IT industry? We are hiring multiple Director of Sales positions to develop strategies, build client relationships, and propel our business to new heights.

 

Roles and Responsibilities

 

  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement tailored sales strategies for the EHR and RCM markets within the US healthcare industry.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare systems.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify and secure new opportunities in the EHR and RCM sectors to achieve aggressive revenue targets, with a focus on a $10M+ quota.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Mentor and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering success across geographically diverse markets.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity within the EHR and RCM domains.
  • Demo and Value Presentation: Serve as a Demo Champion and subject matter expert (SME), demonstrating how EHR and RCM solutions deliver value to clients.
  • Sales Objection Handling: Effectively address client objections to close deals successfully.
  • CRM and Sales Reporting: Implement CRM systems and automated tools to streamline sales tracking and performance reporting.
  • Managing SDR and Sales Teams: Strategically guide and support the Sales Development Representatives (SDR) team, fostering mentorship, skill development, and goal achievement.

 

What We Are Looking For

 

  • Experience: 10–15 years of proven success in selling EHR and RCM solutions, preferably in healthcare IT.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, EHR systems, and RCM processes.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and inspire geographically diverse sales teams.
  • Results-Oriented: Consistently exceeding sales targets in the EHR and RCM domains.
  • Exceptional Communication: Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Market Expertise: In-depth knowledge of US healthcare IT trends, regulations, and challenges specific to EHR and RCM.
