Must be based in a city where C-Sweet has an existing presence.

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Executive Search & Consulting Leadership – Oversee and grow the search and consulting practice, identifying opportunities to expand services. Manage a small team including account executives and recruiters.
  • Strategic Oversite - Oversee operations, sales and recruiting initiatives
  • Business Development & Sales – Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and HR leaders to drive new business. Through years of marketing outreach, we have developed a roster of top executives across the country.
  • Client & Account Management – Develop and manage strategic partnerships.
  • Strategic Growth & Scaling – Develop and execute plans to scale the firm, expand service offerings, and increase market share.
  • Follow-up & Relationship Management – Maintain consistent engagement with high-level connections to nurture business opportunities.
     

Qualifications:
 

  • 10+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or executive placement is a must.
  • Proven experience leading and scaling an executive search firm, direct hire, contract staffing, or IT consulting firm. This includes operations support, as well as client facing / candidate recruiting skills.
  • Strong C-suite sales and business development skills with a consultative approach.
  • Established network of executive-level decision-makers in corporate and investment sectors.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive revenue growth.
