Sales Development Representative

Total Industrial is expanding, and we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. If you are organized, proactive, and passionate about building relationships and driving business growth, we’d love to hear from you!

As an SDR, you will be a key player in our business development process, working closely with our Director of Business Development and Partner Development Team. Your role will involve identifying potential clients, generating leads, and supporting the early stages of the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead Generation: Identify and qualify outbound leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media networking.
✔ CRM Management: Maintain and update lead information in our CRM system.
✔ Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings between potential clients and senior sales team members.
✔ Sales Strategy: Support sales initiatives and participate in team strategy sessions.
✔ Client Engagement: Assist in building and managing long-term client relationships.

Candidate Requirements:

✔ Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (but not required).
✔ Communication & Organization: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
✔ Sales & Business Development: Experience in sales or business development preferred (or a strong interest in the field).
✔ CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with prospecting tools, CRM software, and lead management systems.
✔ Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
✔ Travel: This role is remote but may require occasional travel for client meetings or industry events.
