To further our footprint in North America, we are looking for a results-driven and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in driving new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and setting up high-quality meetings for our sales and business development teams.

Your strong communication skills, lead generation expertise, and ability to build rapport with potential clients will be key contributors to Simplotel’s expansion in North America.


Key Responsibilities:
πŸ“ž Conduct proactive outbound cold calls, personalized email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities.
πŸ“… Schedule and coordinate meetings between potential clients and the sales/business development teams.
πŸ—‚οΈ Manage and update prospect information in the CRM to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
πŸ“ˆ Ensure consistent follow-up communication to nurture and advance leads through the sales funnel.
🀝 Build and foster positive, long-term relationships with potential clients and business partners.
πŸ’Ό Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads to the sales team.
πŸ”Ž Use various lead generation tools to build and refine prospect lists, identifying the key decision-makers.
πŸš€ Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align outreach strategies and drive new customer acquisition and account expansion.
πŸ“Š Track, analyze, and report on outreach performance metrics, such as call volume, meeting outcomes, and lead conversion rates.


Requirements:
βœ… 2-3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or similar roles – ideally within SaaS or hospitality technology sectors.
βœ… Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone presence.
βœ… Ability to travel occasionally for meetings, conferences, or industry events.
βœ… Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and coordinate across different time zones within North America.
βœ… Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
βœ… Proficiency with CRM tools, scheduling platforms (Google Calendar, Outlook), and lead generation software.
βœ… Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools would be a strong plus.
