Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities within targeted accounts, leveraging various research tools, databases, and platforms like ZoomInfo.
  • Run multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, phone, social media, etc.) to generate qualified leads and set up meetings for the Business Development Manager.
  • Identify and engage with key decision-makers within enterprise accounts across verticals such as technology, automotive, gaming, and MedTech.
  • Qualify inbound leads based on BANT, ensuring high-quality meetings for the sales team.

Collaboration with Business Development Manager (BDM):

  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager to align on target accounts, strategies, and outreach tactics.
  • Schedule and support meetings between prospects and the BDM, ensuring smooth transitions and seamless handoffs.
  • Share feedback from leads and prospects to refine sales messaging, improve qualification processes, and enhance overall sales effectiveness.
  • Participate in sales pipeline reviews and collaborate on strategies to increase conversion rates and optimize lead generation efforts.

Market Research & Strategy Development:

  • Research target industries, companies, and competitors to develop a deep understanding of market trends and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a targeted list of high-potential prospects, continuously updating and refining data to maximize lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Contribute to developing the best lead generation and outreach practices, ensuring alignment with ProtoPie’s sales strategy.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement:

  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including lead generation activities, meetings scheduled, and prospect engagement.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, challenges, and opportunities for optimizing sales processes and strategies.
  • Continuously refine outreach tactics and personal development by staying updated on industry trends and ProtoPie product knowledge.


[Qualifications]

Must

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a related field, with a proven ability to prospect and build relationships.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills when identifying potential opportunities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Proactive, self-starter mentality with a strong desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
  • A collaborative team player, able to work effectively with sales and marketing teams to drive results and achieve targets.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Start-up mindset with a focus on results, agility, and continuous improvement.
