Sales Development Representative

 

Description:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Qualify outbound leads via phone, webform, and email into our current customer base to expand revenue opportunities
  • Deal with high volume & quick turnaround
  • Feel comfortable talking about product and following script, with a focus into our current customer base to gain interest and understanding of customer strategy and initiatives, then hand off to their Account Manager
  • Report into the Sales Development Manager
  • Hybrid role

 


YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience with cloud and/or SaaS products preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, and ZoomInfo is a plus
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to understand technology and communicate value or new offerings to current customers
  • Quick learner and self-starter with an entrepreneurial work ethic
  • Knowledge of business organizational structures and buying influences
