Key Responsibilities:

  • Engaging with Home and Business Owners: Conduct appointments with 3-6 homeowners and business proprietors to understand their concrete coating needs. Establish rapport and trust when entering clients' premises, using technology for appointment scheduling and real-time communication.
  • Technology Proficient: Utilize technology for detailed customer notes, photos, and lead source tags, ensuring personalized service and efficient documentation.
  • Manage digital paperwork and project documentation, ensuring clear and efficient communication through integrated software systems.
  • Capture project images for documentation and marketing, organized using photography and documentation apps for accessibility.
  • Maintain organized records of each project, including customer interactions and measurements, using integrated project management and documentation systems.
  • Persistent Lead Follow-Up: Continuously engage with potential clients, utilizing advanced CRM software for follow-up automation, ensuring no lead is left unattended.
  • Regular Office Communication: Maintain daily check-ins for smooth project management and team coordination, using project management and communication software for real-time updates.
  • Precise Measurement and Estimation: Expertly measure and calculate square footage for accurate project assessments, utilizing digital tools and estimation software.
  • Effective Negotiation and Closing: Use exceptional negotiation skills to secure project agreements and closings, implementing sales automation software for streamlined processes.
  • First-Point Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for customer concerns, ensuring timely resolution through a customer support platform for high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Preferred: 1 year of outside or in-home sales experience.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals, with a strong history of closing sales.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently with efficient time management.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
