Sales Commissions Analyst

 

Description:

This position is responsible for the execution of various aspects of variable sales compensation and other financial processes. Provide consistent Best in Class customer support and leadership to the Sales Organization. Effectively develop, refine and manage compensation reporting, systems and related management tools to directly support company wide revenue growth.

Qualifications
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Quarterly Processing of Variable Sales Compensation: Responsible for the quarterly review and analysis of achievement and payment calculations for all variable sales compensation plans by individual and team performance. Responsible for all Executive inquiries and monthly/quarterly updates as needed. Support for the Director, Sales Compensation on monthly reporting, tracking and compliance for all variable sales compensation plans.
  • Monthly Processing and analysis of Variable Sales Compensation: Support for monthly processing and reporting of all variable sales compensation plans.
  • Customer Service: Support the Sales Organization with questions/requests with direct impact to Variable Sales Compensation. Research all requests received and communicate resolution to all impacted sales associates/managers/regions. Proactively communicate preventative measures to ensure corrective action is taken to prevent the recurrence of the issue.
  • Provide support on various special projects as assigned.

EDUCATION:

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
