Description:
As a Sales & Clients Manager, you will be responsible for generating and closing deals with small business owners in the US. You will manage all client communications, including payment-related matters, ensuring a seamless experience from the initial consultation to the completion of the project. All necessary support will be provided to you remotely, allowing you to focus on delivering results. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a flexible, pure commission-based environment and is passionate about helping small businesses establish their online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, generate, and qualify leads from small businesses in the US who need online branding and digital marketing services.
- Close deals by effectively communicating the value of getting their brand or business online.
- Manage all client communications, including payment-related discussions, with transparency and professionalism.
- Coordinate project details between clients and me as the backend specialist.
- Provide ongoing support to clients and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work independently, handling multiple client accounts and ensuring timely communication.
Compensation:
- This is a pure revenue-sharing engagement: You will keep 50% of the deal value for any relevant / feasible project you close. For example, if you close a deal worth $10,000, you will earn $5000.
- Payments will be made upon successful completion of deals and receipt of client payments.
- A PayPal account is required for payment processing
Qualifications:
- Experience in lead generation, sales, or client relations, ideally with small businesses in the digital marketing or web design space.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of digital marketing and web design principles is an advantage.
- Flexible availability to align with US time zones.
- Must have a PayPal account for payment processing.
