• Maintaining accurate records and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Experience in F1 International student advising preferred.
• Strong communication skills and cultural understanding.
• Proficiency in technology tools such as CRM software, Zoom, Google tools, etc.
