Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for both new and existing staff members.
  • Maintain adequate inventory of classroom materials and equipment, as necessary create and maintain training registration, attendance, and completion records.
  • Provide on-the-job coaching to new hires while on the phones in the training classroom.
  • Evaluate measure and track the progress of training participants, providing feedback, and hiring recommendations to managers.
  • Incorporate feedback from participants and stakeholders to enhance the training programs.
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and management teams to align training initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Integrate new ideas and approaches into training programs to enhance their effectiveness
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Previous experience facilitating or creating sales curriculum
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience presenting to one-one to large groups.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work under pressure, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to communicate well and ask questions, to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Extensive experience delivering sales, product, and customer service training programs for new hires in inbound/outbound call center, ideally in the travel industry
  • Two (2) year’s experience in sales and service training preferred
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).
