Description:
The Sales and Education Coordinator/Executive is directly responsible for achieving the planned retail sales goal in assigned doors through development of in-store teams, forming relationships with retailer management and staff, monitoring stock levels, and execution of special events.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Be in store 5 days a week: selling by example for all Beauty Advisors, Beauty Experts, Product Specialists, and freelancers; how to build and close sales.
- Support retail stores growth within a territory by maintaining an appropriate and consistent call cycle for assigned stores.
- Communicate regularly with Regional Executive and VP of Sales to communicate needs, share results and ideas.
- Know your numbers (Sales Report) and what is needed for the week.
- Have a schedule that is approved by your Regional Manager/VP of Sales and a plan on what is needed to accomplish the regions goals.
- Connect with any freelance staff that you are responsible for.
- Plan travel for upcoming weeks.
- Review numbers, sell through, and out of stock lists and communicate needs to the coordinating departments.
- Review on order report and communicate to counters/stores of in-coming stock.
- Fill out needed grids from Wholesale Operations.
- Submit weekly recap form to Regional Executive and VP of Sales (e.g. wins, challenges, and opportunities and total volume).
- Attend weekly Sales Call every Wednesday at 12pm EST via Zoom.
- Successfully implement all in store merchandising programs; ensure the consistent implementation of merchandising guidelines and uphold counter image, identity, and hygiene in accordance with Tata Harper standards. Submitting counter photos when new merchandising guidelines are launched.
- Provide comprehensive training and motivation of both inter-sell and store staff of all products and promotions as needed.
- Responsible for the setup, coordination, and execution of all in store events; supervision of all freelancers; negotiate event setup with department or store manager; establish goals. Track pre-sell and performance for each event.
Bi-Monthly Responsibilities:
- Connect with Regional Manager/ VP of Sales having successes and challenges ready to review.
- Connect with the Global Education Director and explore Learn Worlds Education platform on training needs, ideas, and questions.
- Partner with store management to achieve targets, resolve issues and maintain positive relations.
Monthly Responsibilities:

- All calendars submitted to Regional Manager/VP of Sales by the 15th of the month prior
- Send monthly recap to Regional Manager and VP of Sales
Seasonal Responsibilities:
- Vacation Request for self and supporting staff
