What you will do

  • Assisting and coordinating initiatives that drive sales effectiveness, including project plans, assembling resources, change order activities, support, and measurement of results.
  • Coordinate the sales team with the velocity, consistency, and quality of sales pipeline through collaboration and support of the sales team progression of pipeline stages and forecast.
  • Work closely with NAM Sales & Business Development Transversal team to best support Account and Territory development plans.
  • Research airport construction projects through firsthand search and document findings of budget, timelines, and pertinent industry news.
  • Track US Federal funds available (BIL/FAA) to stay informed about market trends and identify potential new businesses opportunities.
  • Read and highlight areas of interest for SITA as it relates to airport construction documents such as Requirement for Performance of Work (RPW), Basis of Design (BOD), Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and use case development and testing for Operational Readiness and Airport Transition (ORAT).
  • Coordination of action items and next steps throughout large complex business pursuits.
  • Help track and measure the impact and ROI of NAM Sales industry event activities.

  • Strong Project Coordination capabilities.
  • Ability to gather data from multiple, often disparate, sources and create meaningful reports.
  • Excellent with people and capable of interacting in a professional manner with colleagues and cross-functional team members, customers, and third-party agencies (as needed).
  • Ability to collaborate with different parts of the organization.
  • Excellent verbal skills and writing skills.
  • Power Bi, MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Sales Force
  • Strong interest in technology and the air transport industry
  • Respectful and supportive of cultural diversity
  • Able to work on a virtual team, with resources from different organizations, to achieve shared targets.
  • University degree holder in Business Management, Information Technology, Construction Management, Aviation/Airport Management, Project Management, or other Business-Focused Sales Majors.
