Description:
Responsible for every aspect of achieving revenue and earnings targets for assigned sales accounts, including sales forecasting, planning, and developing strategies for future business. Build strong and long-lasting customer relationships. Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for advanced Hitachi semiconductor metrology equipment and tools to achieve sales growth and new product introductions. Introduce new Hitachi semiconductor metrology products and develop sales plans. Represent the company and serve as main technical point-of-contact to customers and regularly attend account meetings to provide information and demonstrations on how semiconductor metrology technology can be integrated into customers’ systems, equipment, and operations, and to diagnose problems with installed technology. Effectively document and report back on customer requirements and information obtained during meetings with customers. Coordinate and drive the necessary communication and actions within the company to secure sales and solve all customer-related difficulties.
50% of time spent in domestic and international travel.
Required Qualifications:
o failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) and root-cause analysis for microfabrication;
o critical chain project management methodology;
o micro-electromechanical Systems (MEMS) product development and presentation;
o fundamental statistical analysis for semiconductor manufacturing using JMP; and
o technical quoting and scope of work (SOW) creation and negotiation.
