Sales Account Manager

 

Description:

Our ideal candidate will be located in North Carolina, and build business for ABCO’s broad range of automation and technical support services by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with current clients. These products and services may include Custom Automation Solutions, Build-To-Print Machine Building, contract manufacturing, and Controls & Systems Integration, which will be valued contributions to the customer’s success. This person will use technical, organizational and customer knowledge to influence customers and assist them in applying ABCO’s capabilities to their needs resulting in long-term mutually profitable relationships. Responsible for meeting sales goals, margin goals, and being an integral part of the ABCO sales team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts
  • Meeting sales goals and margins
  • Develop positive relationship with clients
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering desired but not required
  • Experience as a Sales Manager in the Automation and/or Engineer Services industries
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Proficient in SalesForce and Microsoft Office suite
