Description:
The successful candidate will get the opportunity to work within an established global collaborative team, interact with high profile clients and will have access to an existing pipeline of opportunities to manage.
Key responsibilities:
- Support Global Account Directors with new opportunities in the Americas
- Maintain and build relationships with existing client base
- Perform site surveys and client requirement meetings
- Assist with tender (Bid) opportunities as required
- Recognize and propose all up-sell opportunities for Kinly’s products and services
- Be able to travel into NYC for client meeting and site surveys when required
- Establish strong relationships with new clients that fit the Global Service model
Skills and experience:
- Proven experience working in an Account Management or a Customer Success role, ideally within a technology business
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable liaising with individuals at all levels of seniority
- Be an innovative thinker, with self-drive and a determination to be successful in sales
- Ability to identify the real business value of the sales proposition
- Ability to succeed with different personality types
- Excellent questioning techniques – being able to probe into the detail to identify opportunities
- Confidence with negotiation
- Basic understanding of IT or AV / UC
