OBJECTIVES
- Travel to residential clients' homes to conduct assessments of roofing conditions and identify specific needs.
- Develop and present tailored proposals that offer optimal solutions for roofing repair, replacement, or rejuvenation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Negotiate contract terms and prices, ensuring transparency and fairness in all dealings.
- Utilize strong product knowledge and sales tactics to educate clients about our services and their benefits.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure smooth execution of services post-sale.
- Meet or exceed set sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company. Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to continuously refine sales strategies.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in home sales, preferable in roofing or home improvement industry
- Strong ability to engage and persuade clients
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- High level of motivation and discipline to work independently
- Familiarity to with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft office
- Valid driver’s license
