Description:

A leading Big-4 Public Accounting firm is seeking a highly detail-oriented RIA Operations Analyst to support Banking Operations in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing client subscription documents, onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Subscription Management: Prepare, track, and manage all client subscription documents and related paperwork for alternative investments.

  • Client Liaison: Serve as a bridge between clients and external investment sponsors, resolving paperwork issues and ensuring seamless onboarding.

  • Account Documentation: Answer documentation inquiries and establish client accounts on firm systems while ensuring compliance with regulations.

  • Workflow & Process Management: Maintain procedures and documentation for onboarding, ensuring smooth operational workflows.

  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with client-facing Service and Sales teams to deliver high-quality service.

  • Problem-Solving & Escalation: Analyze and resolve operational issues while escalating complex onboarding matters to appropriate teams.

  • Special Projects: Assist in automation-related initiatives and support new business lines as needed.

Employment Details:

  • Contract Duration: April 7, 2025 – December 31, 2025.

  • Work Type: Hybrid.

  • Salary: Up to $6690 per month (converted from $38.66 per hour).
