Description:
Reporting to the CEO, you'll own developing a top-notch revenue operations strategy with the exec team. Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead the development and execution of the revenue operations strategy
- Join forces with sales, marketing and customer success to optimize processes and drive growth
- Utilize advanced CRM capabilities to enhance functionality and safeguard data integrity
- Lead initiatives to improve the accuracy of revenue forecasting and reporting for pipeline management (ABM & PLG)
- Evaluate and make recommendations on the sales tech stack and infrastructure required for the company to scale
- Play a strategic role in scaling operations as the company moves from Series A to further stages of growth
- Advocate for a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within revops across the wider organization
Skills and experience that will help you stand out:
- Experience building, implementing and optimizing a revenue operations function, ideally within a startup environment
- Startup DNA needed, so be ready to wear many hats. For the first 6-12 months you'll manage all things revops solo, balancing hands-on work with strategic thinking
- Experience building out a CRM - advanced know-how in HubSpot would be an advantage
- Know sales and marketing funnels well. Use data insights to make smart decisions
- Having a background in a scaling tech company in domains like AI, deeptech, SaaS, marketing tech or adtech would be relevant
