Retail Station Manager

Description:

Chevron Stations Inc. (CSI) is looking for a Retail Station Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at its retail facilities. This role requires a self-motivated leader with a strong work ethic and team management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage daily operations of the retail station, ensuring smooth business flow
✔ Recruit, hire, train, and supervise employees while ensuring adherence to company policies
✔ Oversee compliance with federal and local wage & hourly regulations
✔ Monitor store safety and security and handle accidents/incidents professionally
✔ Ensure excellent customer service and create a positive station environment
✔ Maintain inventory and merchandising standards across the station
✔ Monitor and manage station finances, including cash management and payroll processing
✔ Coordinate workforce planning to address staffing gaps in the zone

Essential Requirements:

📌 Must be at least 21 years old for management positions
📌 Proficiency in English to understand policies and communicate effectively
📌 Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
📌 Strong leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
📌 Ability to handle challenging situations professionally
📌 Physical capability to stand for long hours and lift up to 10 lbs
