Bergdorf Goodman, an iconic luxury retailer and part of the Neiman Marcus Group, is seeking a Customer Advisor to provide an exceptional shopping experience at its New York City flagship store. This role requires an enthusiastic and service-oriented individual who thrives in a high-end retail environment. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, providing expert styling advice, and developing long-term relationships with discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting and assisting customers.

• Recommend merchandise based on product knowledge and customer preferences.

• Utilize clienteling tools and mobile devices to enhance customer engagement and sales.

• Educate customers on the InCircle loyalty program and other store benefits.

• Assist in merchandising and maintaining store presentation standards.

• Demonstrate strong follow-up and follow-through on customer requests.

• Work collaboratively in a team-oriented retail setting.

• Adapt to business needs, including flexible scheduling for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills with a passion for luxury fashion.

• Results-driven with a proactive sales approach.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Previous retail and commission sales experience preferred.

• Comfortable with standing, bending, lifting, and climbing stairs as part of the job.
