World Market is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to assist shoppers with extraordinary gift-giving, decorating, and entertaining needs. As a Sales Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage cashiering duties, stock merchandise, maintain visual standards, and handle curbside deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers while upholding World Market service standards and brand representation.

• Stock merchandise in accordance with visual and pricing standards.

• Perform cashier duties, ensuring a smooth and pleasant checkout experience.

• Maintain organized stockrooms and sales floors to company standards.

• Adhere to all loss prevention and distressed merchandise procedures.

• Perform general housekeeping as directed by management.

• Physically unload trucks and restock as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• A can-do attitude with a passion for collaboration, adaptability, and customer engagement.

• Retail experience preferred but not required.

• Strong communication and time management skills.

• Ability to initiate conversations and engage with customers.

• Minimum age of 16 years.

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
