Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing programs and initiatives to drive foot traffic, increase sales, and enhance brand image for retail businesses.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, merchandising, and creative, to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
Coordinate and manage the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and in-store.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing programs, ensuring timely and successful execution.
Monitor and analyze program performance using key metrics and analytics tools, making data-driven recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Identify and evaluate potential partners, vendors, and agencies to support marketing program execution, negotiating contracts and managing relationships.
Collaborate with external partners, such as advertising agencies, media outlets, and influencers, to maximize brand exposure and drive customer engagement.
Plan and execute in-store promotions, events, and product launches to drive customer traffic and sales.
Develop and manage the production of marketing materials, including signage, displays, print collateral, and digital assets.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in retail marketing, constantly seeking innovative strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales support materials and initiatives that align with marketing strategies.
Provide regular reports and presentations to management on program performance, market trends, and consumer insights.
Manage marketing program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment.
Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive program success.
Qualifications and Attributes:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in retail marketing, preferably in a program management role.
Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, with a focus on retail marketing and consumer behavior.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in digital marketing channels and tools, including email marketing platforms, social media advertising platforms, and analytics tools.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices in marketing.
Proficiency in graphic design software and marketing automation tools is a plus.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn new technologies and platforms quickly.
