What You Will Do
- Deploy sales targets according to offline business strategies, be responsible for formulating channel business strategies and operation plans, and lead the team to complete sales tasks and profit indicators.
- Responsible for the expansion and rational layout of regional offline channel providers and stores, responsible for regional sell-in/sell-out targets, and find ways to promote the improvement of regional store sell-out.
- Implement local retail strategy and policy (including I.T system etc.).
- Responsible for the improvement of field force organizational structure, system, process and daily management of channel business, and conduct business guidance, training and assessment for the team to improve team effectiveness.
- Responsible for online store daily operation and product retail layout standard.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, 5+ years of online and offline sales experience. Background in brand manufacturers is a must.
- Familiar with consumer market channels, customers and business distribution.
- Experience in expanding regional markets from 0-1 is preferred.
