Research Manager

Description:

Our Client, an M&A Advisory Firm that specializes in buy side/sell side advisory for manufacturing and industrial clients is actively looking for a Research and Analytics Manager on a hybrid basis either in Denver or Colorado Springs 2 days a week.

Core Duties

1. New Client Development

a. Conducts in-depth research on markets and companies within the rental, waste, portable sanitation, industrial, and additional industries developing prioritized lists based on given parameters for the business development team to contact and create/nurture relationships.

b. Maintain and update standard client pitch materials including credentials.

c. Initiate new client contacts, as directed.

d. Other transaction/project specific preparation/coordination, as needed.

e. Time sensitive support of developmental and research preparation may be required from time to time.

2. Market Analytics

a. Maintain, update and improve the “rental deck” (and its WES equivalent) of public company and industry overview information.

b. Maintain, update and improve the specialty sector materials.

c. Maintain public and private company profiles, location lists and other performance metrics.

d. Utilizing public and private databases, collect, organize and distribute industry news, earnings releases, press releases, investor presentations, and transaction announcements.

e. Deliver findings in a graphical manner and concise textual facts.

3. CRM Management

a. In coordination with the development team, lead the maintenance and updating of contact information in the CRM by all Catalyst users.

b. Develop, maintain and improve dashboards for the team through PowerBI.

c. Lead the adoption and usage of CRM by providing intermittent training to the business development team.

4. Marketing

a. Maintain, update and improve marketing materials, as needed.

b. Measures the effectiveness of marketing, advertising, and communications programs and strategies.
