As a Telesales Cold Caller - Home Improvement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and establishing connections with potential clients. This position requires a candidate with a strong Australian or American accent and a proven track record in both telesales and the home improvement sector.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Lead Generation:** Initiate outbound calls to generate leads and identify potential clients within the home improvement market.

2. **Product Knowledge:** Develop a deep understanding of our products/services, especially those relevant to home improvement, and effectively communicate their value to prospects.

3. **Relationship Building:** Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in the industry, understanding their needs and positioning our offerings as solutions.

4. **Sales Pitch:** Deliver compelling and persuasive sales pitches tailored to the home improvement sector, highlighting the unique benefits of our products/services.

5. **Achieve Sales Targets:** Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by converting leads into sales opportunities and closed deals.

6. **Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of all interactions, update CRM systems, and provide regular reports on sales activities and outcomes.

**Qualifications:**
