Intelliverse is seeking an energetic and outgoing Lead Generation Specialist with a minimum of two years of lead generation/inside sales experience. The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating sales leads. This individual will be a highly motivated self-starter and able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business via telephone and email to introduce the client’s solution/services and identify appropriate buyers within targeted companies.
  • Follow up on leads obtaining referrals in order to identify potential prospects.
  • Conduct a needs analysis and determine prospects pain points to determine how the client’s solution/services will speak to those needs.
  • Document all actions and emails through notes in provided CRM system.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through to the client’s sales funnel.

Skills/Qualifications

  • 2+ years, exposure in cold calling for business-to-business (b2b) phone sales or Inside Sales Position
  • Experience calling and representing professional companies such as technology or software companies
  • Must be a highly persuasive and artful communicator
  • Must have competitive personality
  • Ability to self-manage and deploy multiple verbal and computer-related instructions
  • Detail oriented, organized and dependable
