Responsibilities
Our Department of Defense contract requires U.S. citizenship for this positionWe’re looking for someone with a Technology Operations Center background that has experience working with Monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, and Splunk as well as Event Correlation tools such as ServiceNow ITOM and BigPanda. Experience with automation will also be helpful as we are working to streamline our Level 1 Technology Operations processes.
- The Senior Site Reliability Engineer helps support the Technology Operations Center by analyzing current processes and implementing value stream mapping to ensure our processes are as efficient as possible.
- Works closely with our Technology Operations Center team to help improve processes by resolving monitoring and event correlation related issues.
- Works with our Automation Engineers to automate processes and tasks.
- Works with our Technology Operations Center Management team to help implement and improve reporting metrics.
- Works closely with the technology teams that own and support our monitoring and event correlations tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, and Splunk, ServcieNow ITOM, and BigPanda.
- Works with our L2 and L3 technology teams that support our Server and Network infrastructure to help improve processes and automate tasks.
Required Qualifications:
- Successfully receive approval for government security clearance (eQIP – electronic questionnaire for investigation processing). Employment with Humana Government Business is contingent upon your having access to government information and systems.
- Our Department of Defense contract requires U.S. citizenship for this position.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent Technology Operations Center experience
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing and reporting system.
- Experience with Monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Dynatrace, and Splunk
- Experience with Event Correlation tools such as ServiceNow ITOM and BigPanda.
