Description:

Reporting to the General Manager, the Regional Sales Manager will play a central role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence within the US . You will be responsible for spearheading sales initiatives, forging key relationships, and capitalising on opportunities to promote our cutting-edge SaaS solution.

Your primary focus will involve leveraging your expertise in sales to identify, cultivate, and convert prospects into loyal clients. You will also collaborate with head office to develop and refine sales strategies, providing valuable insights and feedback to enhance sales performance and achieve organisational objectives and reporting.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

  • Proactively generate new business within your assigned territory through effective negotiation;
  • Expand our client base across all school sectors, including public, catholic, and independent institutions;
  • Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities to increase revenue from existing clients;
  • Participate in conferences and networking events to promote our brand;
  • Enhance brand awareness by embodying Pigeonhole Software's values and mission;
  • Provide valuable feedback on emerging trends and school requirements;
  • Foster a collaborative environment with colleagues to drive continuous learning and innovation;
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose strategies for resolution.
