In this role, you'll be at the forefront, leading a team of remote Sales Representatives dedicated to guiding families across the US. Responsibilities

 

  • Lead, oversee, and foster a high-performing, outcomes-focused sales team through recruitment, instruction, coaching, and motivation.
  • Demonstrate robust and dynamic leadership that mentors, develops, and directs team members to effectively harness the value of each call, leading to maximum conversion rates and results.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise the team in establishing rapport and educating families over the phone during the referral process, while comprehending the distinct needs of each family and referring them to the suitable customer communities.
  • Manage the team's performance to optimize results.
  • Surpass monthly sales objectives to attain company targets.
  • Prepare and present market performance reports to the Senior Leadership team as necessary.
  • Occasional travel, including overnight stays for Divisional and Organizational Sales Meetings, as well as local visits to our community customers in the market.

 

Qualifications

  • Possess five or more years of successful experience in leading an inside sales team to surpass quotas; a preferred background of ten or more years in sales.
  • Previous involvement in managing a sales team that directly engages customers or small businesses.
  • Enthusiastic about managing using measurable metrics.
  • A proven history of nurturing new sales talent into top-performing individuals.
  • Proficiency in managing experienced sales professionals to optimize their achievements.
  • Capability to promptly and professionally address personnel matters.
  • Cultivate a positive and dynamic sales environment within the team.
  • Deliver outcomes while working independently in a highly autonomous setting.
  • Demonstrated history of effective collaboration with other departments or business units, with a focus on achieving mutual goals.
  • Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at various levels.
  • Strong aptitude for time management.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Word and Excel. Equipped with a designated home office space that ensures privacy during work hours, as well as a high-speed internet connection.
  • Ability to commit to working during the last three days of each month.
