This exciting Regional Sales Rep will have direct responsibility for sales in the Atlanta, GA market. This role requires a deep understanding of the commercial flooring industry, specifically in corporate environments. This person will have a successful track record and commercial sales history working with relationships with architects, designers, and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Actively participate in the sales process by engaging with clients and prospects to drive revenue growth in the Atlanta, GA surrounding markets.
  • - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, designers, contractors, and corporate clients.
  • - Collaborate with groups to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
  • - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
  • - Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings, serving as a brand ambassador.
  • - Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
  • - Enhance brand awareness and promote our product offerings.

Qualifications:

  • -Demonstrated success in building and managing A&D (Architects and Designers) relationships.
  • -Desired 10+ years of knowledge and sales history working with various flooring types and their applications in corporate environments.
  • - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • - Willingness to travel as needed to support sales activities and client relationships.
