The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the overall activities associated with the interview process for North American hiring. This includes calendar coordination, communication, assessment scheduling and managing travel and expenses. This role is integral to ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

 

Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to problem-solve and address issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Experience in a coordination role would be beneficial, but not essential.

 

The Recruitment Coordinator's responsibilities will be:

  • Support the overall activities associated with the interview process for North American hiring, including calendar coordination, communication, assessment scheduling, and managing travel and expenses.
  • Liaise with candidates and interviewers to confirm availability and address any issues that may arise during the interview scheduling process.
  • Prepare schedules and communicate effectively with candidates, interviewers, and recruiters.
  • Assist with onsite interview coordination as needed.
