Recruitment Coordinator

 

Description:

Executes administrative coordination and support of the Recruitment department by providing assistance on a transactional level for various functions within the department. Core involvement includes new hire onboarding, administration of life cycle events, follow up on recruited candidates. This role is critical in helping us to build, manage and scale high-impact recruitment solutions across the Arrow enterprise.

Essential Job Duties

  • Support Recruiters with their day to day activities
  • Follow up with scheduled applicants
  • Follow up with no show applicants
  • Contact applicants missing certain certifications to ensure they follow through on obtaining necessary credentials
  • Assist leadership with reporting on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Support the leave of absence administration process.
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support for recruitment leadership as needed.

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years prior experience recruitment support capacity within a large organization
  • Experience navigating corporate policies and procedures.
  • Intermediate understanding of local, state and federal labor and employment laws and regulations
  • MS Office proficiency, specifically related to Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Prior ATS experience
