TQL, one of the largest freight brokerage firms in the nation, is hiring a Recruiter to drive the search for top sales talent across the country. As a Recruiter, you will manage the full recruitment life cycle, working directly with hiring managers while leveraging multiple sourcing channels to identify and engage quality candidates. You’ll become a subject matter expert in sales recruiting, actively contributing to the continued growth of TQL’s high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Become a sales recruiting expert for your assigned region.
• Source candidates using various channels including job boards, referrals, social media, and campus recruiting events.
• Own the entire recruitment life cycle, from the first contact to onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, recruiting leadership, and peers.
• Consistently meet and exceed recruitment metrics and performance goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Recruiting experience preferred, but not required — TQL offers paid training and an elite mentoring program.

• Base salary of $45000 per year plus uncapped quarterly bonuses.
