The Sales Recruiter is responsible for consulting with sales leaders to understand business needs and develop strategies to source qualified candidates to act as sales distribution agents for the company. It is critical that the recruiter meet service levels and drive superior customer service by quickly and effectively identifying candidates in the target territories and accounts.
5+ years of relevant work experience.
Working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint
Demonstrated success with leveraging sourcing tools, social media, networking, and other creative sourcing strategies to find and attract talent.
Experience with sourcing sales distributors/agents is preferred.
Medical Device or pharmaceutical experience is a plus.
